About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop ad concepts grounded in Open’s practices and products, audience motivations, cultural insights, and creative performance
  • Write clear, compelling copy across hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad messaging
  • Shape hooks, scripts, storyboards, and messaging angles for creator content, testimonials, product demonstrations, and brand storytelling
  • Translate ideas into production-ready briefs with clear direction for talent, visuals, pacing, and editing
  • Partner with designers, editors, creators, and the growth team to take concepts from brief through final delivery
  • Manage creative production timelines, feedback, and deliverables across multiple concepts and variations
  • Build creative testing plans across hooks, formats, messages, and audiences, with a clear hypothesis behind each test
  • Review results with the growth team and build a reusable library of winning hooks, concepts, and audience insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships
  • Experience working on brand partnerships or sponsored campaigns, and an understanding of what partners need from creator work
  • A strong network of creators and agents, and a sharp eye for who is right for a brand
  • Comfortable negotiating rates and terms, and managing budgets and contracts
  • Excellent communicator who builds real relationships with creators and partners alike
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to run many creators and campaigns at once
  • Data-minded, you know which numbers matter and how to report on them simply
  • Genuine interest in mindfulness, music, and the power of shared experiences
