About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather requirements and collaborate with business teams
  • Participate in requirements-gathering workshops
  • Translate business challenges into actionable analytical questions
  • Review and draft specifications for measurement and monitoring reports
  • Collect, analyze, and combine data from SQL, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Microsoft Graph, ServiceNow, and other sources
  • Design and develop decision-support dashboards
  • Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, usage patterns, and optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to incident and end-user workplace performance analysis using monitoring data
  • Prepare technical architecture documents related to use cases
  • Document dashboards and reports
  • Support users in understanding the indicators, calculations, and data presented
  • Share expertise with colleagues and help promote the company at external events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field, such as an Engineering degree or Master’s degree
  • Strong professional experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in Digital Workplace, end-user computing, or IT monitoring is highly desirable
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience designing dashboards; Power BI experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft Graph
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to anticipate potential challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • An in-person interview is mandatory
