About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in scoping workshops with business teams and architects
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Support and train client teams in CI/CD practices using Terraform and Ansible
- Contribute to defining the target architecture, including networking, security, and storage
- Produce technical and business documentation
- Provide regular progress reports on the migration
- Oversee application operations
- Manage incidents and communicate with the client
- Lead application deployments
- Manage version upgrades and maintenance activities
- Monitor the implementation of security patches
- Promote security best practices among teams
- Participate in audits as the primary point of contact
- Serve as the point of contact for applications within the assigned scope
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to steering and technical committee meetings (COPIL and COTECH)
- Support the migration of applications to Azure and ensure their ongoing operational and security readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, as a technical lead, L2/L3 support specialist, or in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of the Azure ecosystem
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
- Understanding of security and operations requirements in cloud environments
- Comfortable working in an agile environment
- Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong service orientation, teaching skills, and flexibility
- Regular on-site presence expected
