About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administration and operational maintenance of ERP and application environments
- Installation, patching, and configuration of systems
- User and access management
- Operations analysis and Level 1/Level 2 support
- Incident monitoring and resolution
- Configuration file management
- Writing and updating technical procedures and user documentation
- Monitoring applications and infrastructure
- Use of monitoring tools such as Application Manager, Grafana, and other monitoring solutions
- Alert analysis and continuous improvement of monitoring practices
- Participation in migration initiatives to Azure
- Automation of operational tasks
- Contribution to and optimization of CI/CD pipelines
- Implementation of DevOps practices
- Participation in the industrialization of deployments and environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong command of Linux and SQL (essential)
- Experience with or understanding of operations environments (Run, Level 1/Level 2 technical support)
- Interest in the DevOps and Cloud ecosystem: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab
- Higher education degree in computer science (such as an Engineering degree or Master’s degree) or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in application operations, software integration, or systems administration
- Self-sufficient and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
- Potential for out-of-hours assignments and on-call duty in the future
