About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and formalize client requirements
- Set up and configure the solution according to client expectations
- Lead user acceptance testing and ensure a successful production rollout
- Support on-site deployment, including data migration and change management
- Provide functional support and respond to enhancement requests
- Prepare presentation materials, including user guides
- Conduct training sessions
- Work on business organization, reporting, and information systems optimization
- Travel regularly to visit clients throughout France
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education in IT or Computer Science (minimum two-year degree)
- Solid professional experience as a Business Analyst/AMOA Consultant or ERP Consultant
- Curiosity, thoroughness, adaptability, and perseverance
- Strong customer service orientation and team spirit
- Knowledge of real estate development or the real estate sector is a plus
- Valid driving license required
- Regular travel to clients throughout France is required
