Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in IT service management, ideally in a production or IT operations environment
  • Strong knowledge of core ITSM processes
  • Proficiency in ITIL / ITSM
  • Proficiency in Incident Management
  • Proficiency in Major Incident Management / crisis management
  • Proficiency in Problem Management
  • Proficiency in Change Management
  • Proficiency in SLA / OLA management
  • Proficiency in KPI management and dashboard creation
  • Proficiency in reporting and service quality management
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • Ability to remain calm and take the lead during crisis situations
