About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze functional and technical specifications in collaboration with business analysts and developers.
Design and develop new features within the application, primarily for user interfaces built with Vue.js 3.
Contribute to backend development in Java 17, as well as batch processing when required.
Ensure code quality and maintainability by applying software development best practices.
Write unit tests and participate in validating completed developments.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality.
Ensure compliance with RGAA accessibility standards during front-end development.
Produce and maintain the technical documentation required to ensure the long-term sustainability of the applications.
Participate in end-of-sprint demonstrations and collaborate with all project stakeholders.
Work within a project team comprising developers, a Lead Developer, and an Engineering Project Manager.
Participate in the design and development of new features in a Java 17 / Vue.js 3 environment.
Contribute to the success of the project and the continuous improvement of development practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have proven experience in Java and JavaScript development.
Ideally, you have strong knowledge of Java 17 and Vue.js 3.
You are comfortable using GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
You have knowledge of SQL and experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
You can work in a Linux environment and use standard commands to analyze and operate applications.
You are rigorous, quality-focused, and detail-oriented.
You enjoy working as part of a team and can collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including business analysts, QA teams, UX professionals, developers, and project managers.
You are curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to improving development practices and technical solutions.
