About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on the Production Center’s internal infrastructure (BUILD & RUN)
- Provide managed services for internal tools
- Handle Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and requests
- Manage system-related incidents and requests
- Install, configure, and optimize monitoring and administration tools
- Implement hardware, software, and system upgrades and updates
- Manage the backlog and prepare reports on incidents and requests
- Participate in problem management
- Manage backups and access rights for application servers
- Update knowledge bases and procedures
- Contribute to automation, improve existing solutions, and optimize processes, queries, and configurations
- Recommend and implement improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education in IT (two- to five-year degree) or a degree in Computer Engineering
- Significant experience in Linux systems administration
- Advanced Linux systems skills (Level 2 and Level 3)
- Industrialization and automation skills, particularly with Ansible
- Knowledge of Windows and/or infrastructure expertise is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
- Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Curiosity and regular technology monitoring
