About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain new features across various applications
- Develop features in both back-end and front-end environments
- Provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance for software developments
- Apply Clean Code, Craftsmanship, TDD, and BDD standards
- Participate in project progress meetings following the Agile Scrum methodology
- Work on staff-augmentation assignments in an agile environment
- Contribute to various projects in the public sector, banking, insurance, and telecommunications industries
- Join Technology Practices and expert communities focused on emerging technologies
- Work as part of a team of architects and technical leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in JAVA and FLUTTER development
- Experience in retail banking or insurance is preferred
- Experience working in an Agile environment and proficiency with Agile tools
- Proficiency in JAVA, FLUTTER, Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server
- English proficiency and experience with Agile methodologies are advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Permanent, full-time position
- Available to start as soon as possible
