About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Functionally manage a client contract covering IT operations, maintenance and managed services (RUN/MCO/outsourcing)
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables with contractual commitments
  • Implement service management tools and maintain control of the client backlog
  • Organize and coordinate team members’ activities
  • Define, produce and monitor SLAs
  • Prepare for and participate in governance and service review meetings, then draft the minutes
  • Monitor compliance with the contractual scope and identify deviations
  • Contribute to risk and productivity analyses
  • Support business development and account expansion initiatives
  • Lead team communications and maintain the skills matrix
  • Report directly to the Project Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience in a similar role, particularly managing IT operations and maintenance (RUN/MCO)
  • Skills and knowledge in Infrastructure and/or Cloud and/or Cybersecurity
  • Excellent knowledge of managed services operations
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of client relationship management
  • Autonomy, rigor and a methodical approach
  • Strong analytical and summarization skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with proven leadership skills
