About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and practices, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and predictable execution
- Lead and manage multiple complex technical programs from inception through delivery, ensuring clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes
- Partner with engineering, product management, marketing, legal, compliance, security, risk, and operations to define program goals, deliverables, and execution plans
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and roadmaps aligned with technical work, business objectives, and priorities
- Own and improve information-flow pipelines to reduce friction, surface appropriate stakeholder detail, and reduce manual toil through automation
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, driving timely resolution of issues and roadblocks
- Communicate program status, progress, decisions, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels through clear updates and reporting
- Build cross-team relationships and mentor junior program managers by sharing knowledge, tools, and program-management practices
- Explore AI tools and practical use cases to improve how the function works
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on large-scale, complex programs
- Strong track record of delivering technical programs on time and within budget
- Strong technical background and deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
- Experience or knowledge in financial services
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
- Experience mentoring or supporting other program managers and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Openness to experimenting with AI tools and willingness to learn
