About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the smooth execution of requested mailing campaigns, from booking through delivery to the end customer's mailbox
  • Continuously improve processes within the Operations team
  • Calculate customer pricing
  • Track order processing through to invoicing
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing & Sales
  • Contribute ideas and experience to continuously improve the software

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial practical experience, an internship, or working student experience providing exposure to order processing or Operations Management, ideally
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and learn about new topics and technologies, such as AI tools
  • Structured and careful approach to work
  • Interest in process improvement and designing efficient workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with reliable task completion
  • Initial exposure to the printing industry, logistics, or an agency environment is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
