Key responsibilities & impact

Build and ship slot games end-to-end, from initial prototype to production release
Shape frontend architecture and development standards across projects
Make technical decisions, review code, and share expertise with the team
Collaborate with Producers, Artists, and Backend Engineers for seamless integration and optimized performance
Maintain scalable, maintainable, and reusable codebases through code reviews and shared standards
Design and implement new features, UI components, and in-game effects
Improve the core framework, build tools, and asset pipelines
Profile performance and debug across desktop, mobile, and WebGL platforms
Document work and share knowledge with the team
Stay current with modern frontend technologies and iGaming trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of frontend development experience
At least 1 year building HTML5 slot games
Experience shipping multiple titles end-to-end through production cycles
Strong expertise with Pixi.js and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
Solid understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, and rendering performance optimization
Strong knowledge of Spine animations and asset management pipelines
Experience with or proficiency in Codex and WordCode is required
Fluency in English
Nice to have: game audio experience with Howler.js, Web Audio API, or similar
Nice to have: build automation, CI/CD pipelines, or process optimization tools
Nice to have: iGaming specifics, including RNG logic, platform workflow, and integrations
Nice to have: GLSL/WebGL shaders for custom visual effects
Nice to have: Vue 3 or other modern UI frameworks
