About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and analyze application security and user access management
- Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive or unnecessary user permissions
- Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements
- Engage and facilitate dialogue with business stakeholders, application managers and system providers
- Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders
- Work with RACF/IAM subject matter experts and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations
- Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ and cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts
- Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities
- Help prioritize efforts and manage scope changes
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field
- Proven experience as an Identity/Application Security Specialist, Application Manager or User Administrator working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Substantial experience managing access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ
- Good understanding of business applications, IT processes and Identity & Access Management
- Experience with access reviews, access data analysis and risk assessment
- Familiarity with RACF / mainframe security
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to both support and challenge stakeholders
- A self-driven, collaborative mindset
- Advanced English
