About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain Java (Spring Boot) applications for high-performance messaging systems
Build and integrate messaging solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ
Containerise applications and deploy them to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) with Helm
Manage cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform
Work with SQL and PostgreSQL databases and in-memory data grids (Apache Ignite, Hazelcast)
Tune application performance and troubleshoot issues across environments
Participate in interviews with the IT services partner and investment bank

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of relevant experience
Java with Spring Boot and Spring Security
DevOps skills: containerisation, Helm, Azure, AKS and Terraform
Messaging with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
SQL and PostgreSQL; Apache Ignite or Hazelcast
Experience with high-performance messaging applications and performance tuning
Fluent English (technical and business)
Polish or EU citizenship, or a permanent residence / work permit valid for at least 12 months
Availability for live technical tasks with development environment, tools and language/framework versions set up and tested beforehand
Successful background check covering identity, right to work, education and employment history
Accurate CV dates and employers; application and CV name must match official ID exactly
