About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP integrations
Participate in migrations from PI/PO to Integration Suite, including analysis, mapping and implementation
Develop interfaces using IDoc, EDI, REST/SOAP, OData, RFC and Proxy
Work with SAP BTP components, including Integration Suite, API Management and Event Mesh
Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize existing integration solutions
Create technical documentation and help shape the team's working standards
Collaborate with functional module consultants and client teams in an international environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in SAP integration (PI/PO, Integration Suite)
Good, hands-on knowledge of PI/PO and/or Integration Suite
Solid ABAP foundations enabling independent development tasks
Experience with EDI (IDoc, EDIFACT, e-invoicing or similar standards)
Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, RFC, web services and ALE
Good command of English
A university degree in a technical or related field
Experience with migrations from PI/PO to Integration Suite is nice to have
Knowledge of SAP BTP, including event-driven scenarios with Event Mesh, is nice to have
Groovy, Java or XSLT for mappings is nice to have
Project experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud is nice to have
German language skills are nice to have
