About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business needs into implementation specifications
Execute data mapping, data modeling, and comprehensive solution design
Design and implement near-real-time data pipelines
Access distributed datasets and perform quantitative/statistical analysis
Explain implications and recommend solutions
Contribute to solution design, application architecture, and maintainability
Own requirements documentation, including use cases, and continuous quality improvement
Collaborate with developers, test engineers, and international stakeholders
Promote analytical excellence, challenge existing ways of working, influence colleagues, and drive best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working as a Senior Analyst designing data-intensive solutions
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the banking sector
Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and translating business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
Excellent skills in SQL (MSSQL, Snowflake)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt
Experience with AI technologies (Copilot, LLMs, and agentic solutions) and ability to drive AI adoption
Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event-sourcing, microservices, and clean code principles
Experience with scalable data products and removing barriers for users to become data-driven
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Experience building relationships in an international, multicultural environment
