About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials
- Monitor and report delivery progress and risks in a timely manner

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of leading AI-driven application modernization initiatives, including code conversion, automated refactoring, and application remediation at an enterprise scale
- Proven track record in leading complex IT Programmes
- Experience defining structured governance at different organizational levels and facilitating project Steering with senior-level leadership
- Ability to scope, drive, and govern delivery initiatives
- Ability to translate high-level plans and goals into executable delivery plans
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts, architects, data teams, and portfolio management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Very good financial and resource management skills
- Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Advanced presentation skills, especially using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English skills, spoken and written
