About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect, design and deliver robust solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio
- Ensure solution scalability, security and maintainability
- Lead integrations with Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors
- Maintain and develop the existing Copilot Studio solution
- Work as part of the development team to co-create modern products
- Manage support cases by contacting end users, resolving tickets, managing priorities and conducting root cause analysis
- Stay current with Power Platform features and Microsoft ecosystem developments
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a portfolio of implementations
- Experience in Copilot Studio development
- Proven ability to implement security best practices across the Power Platform, including secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies and secure handling of secrets and credentials
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and Azure services
- Experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs and data modeling
- Practical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes, particularly Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management
- Experience in application support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution and collaboration with technical and business teams
- Ability to work in a production environment, prioritizing incidents and requests and ensuring application stability and continuity
- Good communication skills and fluent English
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications highly desirable
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies is nice to have
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good prioritization and organizational skills
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership and continuously improve support processes
