About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead partner enablement and delivery across EMEA/MENA and APAC
  • Act as Optro's on-the-ground regional authority and own regional direction
  • Execute structured partner enablement training plans aligned to partner maturity and Optro modules
  • Conduct monthly partner calls covering new features, methodology, and tooling updates
  • Support partners in building and operationalizing Centres of Excellence
  • Track partner capability development and readiness milestones, escalating risks and gaps
  • Own day-to-day Partner Services relationships for assigned partners
  • Maintain partner relationships focused on delivery quality, capability growth, and operational excellence
  • Support partner progression toward delivery self-sufficiency
  • Work with Sales to ensure opportunities are partner-ready and transition smoothly into delivery
  • Recommend engagement models based on partner capability, maturity, and deal complexity
  • Collaborate across Sales, Alliances, Solutions, Services, and Product
  • Manage delivery escalations, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Identify recurring delivery challenges and improve enablement, tooling, and operating models
  • Advise on partner implementations as needed
  • Prepare executive-ready updates on partner performance, risks, and strategic progress
  • Report to the Director of Partner Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Optro experience working with the Optro Platform or other GRC platforms
  • Experience working with partners in an enterprise software ecosystem, including training, escalations, monthly webinars, and advisory work
  • Experience advising complex enterprise software implementations
  • Trained across multiple product lines and willingness to learn modules outside current scope
  • Experience working across multifaceted teams to deliver software implementation engagements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort presenting to senior audiences
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and operate with autonomy while aligning to a broader strategy
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify root causes and drive cross-functional process improvement
  • Strong leadership judgment and comfort making decisions independently
  • Must be physically located in the Greater London area or elsewhere in the UK with ability to align with London hub parameters, or be located outside the UK requiring sponsorship/relocation
  • Background checks required
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the job is based required
