About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday for HR, Payroll, and Benefits
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable technical solutions
  • Administer Workday updates, configuration changes, third-party integrations, permissions, and reporting
  • Oversee platform security and data integrity to support regulatory and company-policy compliance
  • Manage external consultants and lead implementation, testing, deployment, and technical documentation for HCM and Payroll projects
  • Identify and recommend automation and process-efficiency improvements using industry trends and business insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM and related modules such as Payroll and Benefits
  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation business processes
  • Technical expertise in benefits, compensation, and performance modules
  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business process definitions
  • Advanced knowledge of integrations for upstream/downstream systems within HR, Finance, and IT
  • Experience leading large technical projects through requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and hypercare
  • Ability to execute technical configurations using SDLC concepts including design, testing, QA, UAT, and deployment planning
  • Experience handling complex and confidential data
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with scalability and efficiency
  • Workday or related certifications a plus
  • Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies a plus
  • Background check required
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the job is based
