About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people strategy with business strategy
  • Act as a resource and advisor to employees, fostering trust through clear HR processes
  • Develop leadership capability and provide coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with the broader People team and internal stakeholders on performance and talent reviews
  • Support compensation planning, performance management, career development, and leadership coaching
  • Contribute to organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations
  • Drive high-performing teams and an inclusive, engaging culture
  • Balance strategic work with hands-on execution across multiple projects and priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations
  • Deep HR expertise with a strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into simple, clear, and actionable strategies
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging people metrics and insights to design and execute impactful talent strategies aligned with business goals
  • Experience supporting global, matrixed teams within the technology or SaaS sector (preferred)
  • Prior experience partnering with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services organizations (preferred)
  • Background checks are required
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the job is based and immigration sponsorship requirements must be addressed
