About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and case management support to Case Management and operations staff
  • Receive calls from providers, claimants, attorneys, and accounts; gather information or forward calls appropriately
  • Generate and process TCM and FBCM correspondence according to departmental policies and procedures
  • Prepare case management letters and reports received by email or fax
  • Create letters within 24–48 hours of receiving a case manager’s request
  • Receive medical records and information, enter them into CASEANYPLACE, and forward them to the case manager
  • Enter and send introduction letters, professional authorization letters, visit confirmation letters, medical record requests, and other necessary documents
  • Contact adjusters as directed by the Case Manager
  • Enter daily billable time and notes in CASEANYPLACE
  • Perform other assigned administrative assistant duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Up to one (1) year of related experience
  • Ability to exhibit urgency, responsiveness, credibility, accountability, adaptability, and professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while producing error-free work and meeting deadlines
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Teamwork and feedback skills
  • Ability to work in an office environment or remote office setting
  • Authorization to work in the United States
