About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor the implementation of offline media campaigns.
  • Assist with media planning by gathering the required information.
  • Issue material requests, APs (Publication Authorizations), and PIs (Insertion Orders).
  • Organize and update files, including APs, PIs, PITs, research and data-gathering documents, media outlet tables, surveys, and outlet information.
  • Assist in preparing media campaign reports under management supervision.
  • Send campaign materials to media outlets and monitor their implementation.
  • Track the flow of media briefs in the media system.
  • Prepare campaign checking reports when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: Previous experience at agencies, media outlets, or in marketing.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the Publi system.
  • Preferred: English proficiency.
