About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focus on regional offline media
  • Support clients with media plans, execution, negotiations, tracking, and deadlines
  • Determine materials and place advertising inventory across media channels
  • Issue material requests, APs (Publication Authorizations), and PIs (Insertion Orders)
  • Prepare post-campaign reports
  • Receive and forward media materials for placement
  • Select and evaluate media proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Knowledge of general media concepts
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in media, including agencies, media outlets, or the marketing sector
  • Strong verbal communication and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of media operations systems
  • Knowledge of regional offline media planning, including OOH, DOOH, radio, and related channels
  • Familiarity with the Publi system (preferred)
  • English proficiency (preferred)
  • Knowledge of audience and behavioral analytics software (preferred)
  • Knowledge of digital media (preferred)
