About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning and execution of projects and installations
Supervise and develop the operations team
Structure and standardize operational processes
Document best practices and develop the EXOSYSTÈME Operations Playbook
Implement the KPIs and dashboards required to manage operations effectively
Optimize the use of the ERP and management tools
Improve coordination among sales, project managers, installation teams, and customers
Foster team autonomy and accountability
Support the sales team on projects involving technical challenges
Ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction
Participate in the development of operations in Montreal
Establish a work model that enables the effective management of multiple sites and remote teams
Potentially contribute to deploying the model in other markets
Reporting to senior management, take responsibility for all operations and supervise, in particular, the Installation Coordinator and Project Managers
Be highly present in Granby initially to understand, stabilize, and structure operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

7 to 10 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role
Experience managing field teams
Experience in construction, installation, field services, distribution, or customer-facing project environments
Hands-on experience improving, structuring, or standardizing processes
Strong knowledge of KPIs, ERP systems, and management tools
Experience in a multisite environment, opening branches, or deploying operations—an important asset
Experience in a growing small or medium-sized business or an organization undergoing transformation—an important asset
Knowledge of Odoo—an asset
Ability to make decisions and work in an environment where not everything is fully defined
Ability to turn a vision into concrete processes
Ability to delegate and foster team accountability
Ability to drive the adoption of new ways of working
