About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the operational continuity of a security infrastructure and guarantee its availability and proper functioning
Handle incidents and support requests
Perform technical diagnostics and investigations (troubleshooting)
Resolve incidents and requests from end to end
Work on systems, networks, infrastructure, security, SIEM, and monitoring tools
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure and the reliability of technical environments
Work with client teams and subject-matter technical teams in compliance with ITIL processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in computer science, systems, networks, or cybersecurity
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, systems, networks, and security
Experience with SIEM solutions is a plus
Ability to investigate issues in a complex technical environment
Autonomous, pragmatic, and proactive approach
Methodical and detail-oriented
Comfortable with ITIL incident and change management processes
Strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and client stakeholders
Desired language: English
Required language: French
