About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the continuing development of the GRC consulting organisation in Emerging Markets and Orange Business
- Develop channel-specific offers aligned with future market expectations
- Optimise processes and standardise governance between consultants
- Educate sales teams to position new offers
- Support account teams in growing multinational customer business
- Improve hiring of security talent and support talent attraction and retention
- Replicate innovative ideas across countries
- Align consulting strategy with partners
- Guide teams of experts across multiple countries
- Support domain-specific consulting engagements and evaluate strategic expansion into new territories
- Develop GRC advisory business within the security domain
- Understand and communicate Orange Cyberdefense service offerings and market changes
- Monitor security market trends and the competitive landscape
- Attend and arrange customer meetings
- Structure and optimise offers and create new ones
- Assist account managers in closing deals
- Collaborate with Orange Group entities to use project resources efficiently
- Maintain relationships with country consulting heads, GRC providers, sales, professional services, MSS, presales, portfolio teams, partners, and senior customer management
- Create internal and external brand awareness through research, conference talks, and other activities
- Organise workshops in the area of expertise
- Provide expert GRC consulting on key customer engagements
- Support GRC services growth and manage new GRC consultants joining the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience as a consultant and in presales
- Extensive experience in the security industry
- Experience in GRC security consulting
- Customer-facing experience with strong presentation skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Team leadership experience
- Experience writing proposals and scopes and responding to tenders/RFQ/RFP/RFI
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and technology fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales acumen and evangelization
- Results-oriented, with commitment to deadlines and completing duties
- Cross-cultural awareness and comfort in a matrix management environment
- Confidence, tenacity, creativity, and flexibility in thinking
- Ability to engage at different levels within multinational customers, including security managers, CISOs, and CFOs
- Ability to drive collaboration from strategy through implementation
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in a comparable function, with strong international experience
- Knowledge of GRC methodologies and security architectures
- Knowledge of security measures, processes, and best practices
- Knowledge and experience of GRC-specific security challenges, designs, frameworks, solutions, and tooling
- Knowledge of one or more of ISO2700x, NIST, NIS2/CRA, DORA, PCI-DSS, SWIFT, and EU-AI Act is desirable
