Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications in HR
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector and working with a distributed volunteer workforce is highly desirable but not essential
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Track record of building trusted relationships and influencing across diverse teams
- Direct hands-on experience handling employee relations matters
- Ability to proactively problem-solve operational challenges
- Ability to drive positive organisational improvements
- Ability to mediate workplace disputes and grievances
- Proactive, curious, and improvement-focused mindset
- Genuine commitment to Orange Sky's mission and values
- Successful candidate must undergo a standard background and criminal record check prior to commencement
