About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for commercial sites
  • Coordinate with account managers, case managers, operations, and logistics teams
  • Develop and maintain understanding of client expectations throughout onboarding
  • Conduct site assessments and audits for compliance with quality standards and industry regulations
  • Set onboarding timelines, objectives, and milestones with commercial teams
  • Monitor progress and address challenges or delays
  • Provide guidance and training to new commercial partners on systems, tools, and best practices
  • Collect and analyze stakeholder and client feedback to improve onboarding
  • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, policies, procedures, and resources
  • Serve as primary client contact during onboarding
  • Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet company quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, project management, or quality assurance
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Experience in commercial site operations, healthcare administration, FACT or similar industry experience is a plus
  • Candidates must reside on the West Coast
  • Up to 25-50% travel to assigned Authorized Treatment Centers required
