Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience including coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis; OR
  • An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of qualifying secretarial or administrative support experience; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced utilization of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with diverse audiences
  • Ability to provide guidance, technical assistance, training, and interpretation of rules, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate information and data
  • Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Experience establishing long-range objectives and strategies
  • Employment contingent upon criminal records and driving records checks meeting OHA criteria
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; position does not provide visa sponsorship
  • Must complete I-9 documentation within three days of hire
