About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement systems and solutions to facilitate the department’s business
  • Act as a subject matter expert supporting other IT functions
  • Provide server systems and domain design, configuration, administration, ongoing maintenance, and security
  • Support the agency’s technology infrastructure, including network administration, system administration, application development, database solutions, data governance, information security, and technical support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Six (6) years of information systems experience in IT project management, requirements gathering, and data management; OR
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field, and four (4) years of information systems experience in IT project management, requirements gathering, and data management; OR
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and two (2) years of information systems experience in IT project management, requirements gathering, and data management; OR
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all of the above
  • Windows Server administration experience
  • PowerShell automation experience
  • SCCM, PDQ, or similar administration experience
  • Windows 10/11 administration experience
  • Helpdesk experience
  • M365 administration experience
  • Resume and cover letter required
  • Must answer all supplemental questions
  • Employment contingent upon passing a criminal background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, currently and in the future
  • Must be within 100 miles or two hours driving distance of the central worksite during paid work hours
