Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional business and technology initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, stabilization, and transition to ongoing ownership
Partner with business leaders to define objectives, scope, priorities, success measures, and constraints
Conduct business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, data analysis, root-cause analysis, and solution development and evaluation
Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements
Coordinate business teams, technology teams, vendors, and partners to drive execution, accountability, and timely decision-making
Provide project leadership and hands-on analysis for initiatives lacking dedicated project management or business analysis support
Ensure requirements are documented, validated, and traceable through testing, implementation, and business acceptance
Plan and coordinate testing, training, communications, cutover, adoption, and post-implementation support
Monitor and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints
Escalate key decisions and risks as needed
Confirm delivered solutions achieve intended business outcomes
Communicate progress to stakeholders and continuously improve delivery practices, tools, and ways of working
Set and report progress on individual social, environmental, and job-function improvement goals
Adhere to Orgain’s environmental policies and company policies and procedures
Help enhance Orgain’s social and environmental impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years leading complex cross-functional business and technology transformation initiatives
Management consulting experience preferred
2+ years of relevant experience working in a CPG environment preferred
Proven ability to drive projects from ambiguous business needs through implementation, adoption, and value realization
Strong business analysis capabilities, including process design, requirements gathering, data analysis, root-cause identification, and solution evaluation
Experience delivering technology-enabled change involving enterprise applications, integrations, data/reporting automation, and preferably ERP or supply chain platforms
Skilled at partnering across business and technical teams while leading testing, training, communications, deployment, and post-launch stabilization
Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and limited resources
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive and influence complex decision-making and build consensus
Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and commitment
Self-directed with a demonstrated sense of accountability
Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic growth-oriented business
Ability to work remotely
Willingness to travel from time to time
