About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive all aspects of client implementation projects from inception to deployment
  • Support RMIS, GRC, EHS, and/or Healthcare products
  • Work cross-functionally to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Interface with client stakeholders, internal Origami teams, and outsourced vendors
  • Create and maintain artifacts in the standard Origami PM toolkit
  • Identify and manage potential scope creep and out-of-scope work
  • Coordinate with the Project Sponsor to ensure necessary resources are allocated
  • Work with the Technical Consultant to assign deliverables to team members
  • Maintain implementation-related data in Salesforce
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
  • Prepare and present client and project status reports, including implementation status and executive steering committee reports
  • Identify potential expanded sales opportunities and coordinate with the account management team
  • Support presentation and negotiation of pricing and Statements of Work for change orders and expanded scope

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems or business-related field
  • 6+ years of previous technical project manager experience
  • Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required
  • Previous experience working with business and technical executives to outline and execute against strategic roadmaps
  • Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment preferred
  • JavaScript, XML, SQL experience preferred
  • Risk industry experience preferred
