About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement, configure, and support Orion Health software solutions for customers
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across software applications, databases, and integrated systems
- Use SQL, JavaScript, and other technologies to support implementation activities
- Support systems integration and data exchange between healthcare applications
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Work alongside project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver projects
- Contribute to testing, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, systems integration, or a similar technical role
- Solid understanding of SQL, databases, and software technologies
- Some experience with JavaScript or similar programming or scripting languages
- Experience troubleshooting software applications and resolving technical challenges
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging directly with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and use initiative
- Collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge
- Experience with healthcare systems, HL7, FHIR, or other integration technologies is highly regarded but not essential
