About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with installation, configuration and implementation of Orion Health software solutions
- Support technical investigations, troubleshooting and testing
- Work with databases, SQL and other technologies to support implementation activities
- Collaborate with experienced consultants, developers and project teams
- Build understanding of healthcare systems, integration technologies and industry standards
- Engage with customers and communicate technical information
- Help customers successfully implement and use Orion Health software solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ months of experience in a software-focused IT role, such as application support, software development, testing or systems implementation
- A relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field through university, polytechnic or another pathway, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- Basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript or similar technologies
- Interest in software systems, integration and technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and colleagues
- Proactive, solutions-focused attitude, with ability to think critically, take initiative and ask questions when needed
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical capabilities
