About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of healthcare technology projects from planning through delivery
- Coordinate project activities, resources, timelines and budgets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage project scope, risks, issues and changing requirements
- Facilitate communication between customers, technical teams and other stakeholders
- Balance competing priorities across multiple projects and workstreams
- Own project delivery and collaborate to resolve challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience managing software implementation, IT or technology projects
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership, make decisions and know when to seek input or escalate
- Flexible, solutions-focused approach and ability to adapt as priorities change
- Strong organisational skills and ability to keep projects on track
- Healthcare IT or health technology experience is a bonus, not essential
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification is welcome, but not required
