Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
Must currently reside in California
4+ years of civil litigation experience
Demonstrated experience drafting substantive motions, including summary judgment motions, demurrers, or discovery motions
Excellent legal research, persuasive writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to independently manage complex legal research and motion drafting responsibilities
Insurance defense or other civil litigation defense experience preferred
Courtroom motion argument experience is a plus
