About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle sophisticated plaintiff-side class action and complex litigation matters from early case development through resolution
  • Research and analyze challenging legal and factual issues
  • Help develop creative case strategies
  • Draft briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery materials, and other persuasive legal work
  • Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, case strategy, and other substantive litigation activities
  • Work closely with experienced attorneys in a lean team environment
  • Help advance high-stakes matters involving securities, commercial disputes, corporate conduct, and other complex claims
  • Communicate with colleagues, clients, experts, and other parties throughout the litigation process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of complex litigation experience
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license and good standing in at least one U.S. state
  • Reside in Massachusetts or Delaware
  • Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Ability to manage sophisticated assignments with sound judgment and attention to detail
  • Plaintiff-side securities litigation or class action experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with a leading law firm or similarly sophisticated litigation practice preferred but not required
