About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop Power BI reporting for Business and regional needs within the GxCH organization
  • Support data-driven decision making across the GxCH organization
  • Support users with Power BI reports
  • Integrate data from databases, APIs, flat files, and cloud services into BI solutions
  • Document BI solution architecture, data models, ETL processes, and other relevant artifacts
  • Manage access rights to GxCH Power BI reports according to defined guidelines
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools to meet business needs
  • Maintain GxCH Power BI reports
  • Provide first- or second-level support and utilize third-level support
  • Work with the GxCH global Digital and Insights Team and the IM organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years experience in Power BI development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
  • Strong programming skills in SQL and DAX
  • Experience with SSMS, Azure Studio, AI, Databricks and MS Excel is seen as an advantage
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with large dataset and databases
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ownership, initiative and drive; accountability for issues and motivation to solve problems
  • Team and business first mindset; ability to work, collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into small enhancements or solutions
  • Fluency in English language
