About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage projects within Global Operations
- Lead technical projects involving equipment investments, equipment modernizations and facility changes
- Manage operational development associated with projects and product transfers
- Create business cases and facilitate business benefits identification
- Define project scope, schedule and risk management plans
- Plan budgets and resources
- Plan and execute projects according to goals, delivering on time and within agreed scope and budget
- Use project management tools efficiently
- Participate in developing project and portfolio management methods
- Report on projects to steering and decision-making forums
- Lead active risk management to minimize project risks
- Work on strategically important investment and technology transfer projects across Global Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant education, e.g., a technical university degree
- Previous experience and track record in managing technical investment projects
- Experience in pharmaceutical production processes/GMP environment and supply chain investment projects
- Previous experience in modernization projects involving customized production and process equipment is a strong advantage
- Project management experience for modernization initiatives is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work with different people
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in Finnish and English, spoken and written
- Valid work permit in Finland
- Approved medical examination including drug testing required prior to employment
- Security clearance required prior to employment
