About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, develop, and structure business opportunities in the energy and biofuels markets, contributing to revenue expansion and the company’s sustainable growth.
Conduct technical and commercial studies, economic feasibility analyses, and market assessments.
Analyze and interpret regulations applicable to the electricity, biomethane, renewable natural gas, and environmental attributes markets.
Identify, monitor, and coordinate the company’s participation in auctions, public calls for proposals, competitive bidding processes, and other market opportunities.
Structure commercial proposals, business models, and business cases.
Lead commercial negotiations with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Analyze, structure, and monitor energy and biofuel contracts, tracking performance, financial results, risks, and compliance with obligations.
Work collaboratively with the operations, finance, legal, regulatory, and procurement teams.
Develop KPIs, projections, management reports, and monitoring tools.
Maintain relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Advise leadership on strategic, commercial, regulatory, and market-related matters.
Monitor technological, regulatory, and market trends in the energy, biomethane, and environmental attributes markets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or another field relevant to the company’s commercialization activities and service regulations.
Knowledge of energy and biomethane solutions, as well as the technical, commercial, and financial feasibility assessment of proposals.
Knowledge of public tenders and competitive bidding, taxation, and environmental legislation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate English proficiency.
Strong technical and commercial acumen, organization, dynamism, sound judgment, negotiation skills, agility, initiative, strategic analysis capabilities, and interpersonal skills.
Experience negotiating contracts, working with regulatory matters, and managing businesses in the energy sector.
Corporate experience, with availability to travel and visit facilities, customers, and suppliers.
Environmental and ergonomic risks are detailed through the Risk Management Program (PGR) and the Ergonomic Analysis Report, which are specific to each workplace and business unit, including the Assessment of Environmental Aspects and Impacts (LAI) and the Hazard and Damage Assessment (LPD).
