About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enter and classify invoices and related documents
- Retrieve, organize, and separate requested documents, providing support during tax audits and inspections
- Review, collect, and provide information for federal, state, and municipal tax filings
- Support tax calculations and tax bookkeeping, including primary and ancillary tax obligations
- Maintain control and organization of tax documents and files
- Perform activities in accordance with departmental procedures and guidelines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes
- Keep management informed about departmental matters and contribute suggestions to improve accounting, tax, and controllership processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic knowledge of tax and fiscal routines
- Knowledge of invoice entry and classification
- Knowledge of CFOP, CST, and other tax parameters
- Basic understanding of federal, state, and municipal taxes and tax obligations
- Basic knowledge of tax bookkeeping and ancillary obligations
- Familiarity with management systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines
- Collaborative profile and an interest in developing a career in Tax
