About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create detailed Mechanical systems with Mechanical calculations, schedules, specifications and technical documentation.
Produce and review drawings and layouts in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM).
Coordinate designs with electrical engineers and other disciplines.
Lead site inspections, surveys, and respond to contractor queries during construction.
Lead project delivery tasks such as document control, tender packs and design reviews.
Maintain project documentation in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring up to date records for electrical designs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Possess a relevant 3rd level qualification in Building Services Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a track record of successful projects.
Results-driven with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in technical submittals, commissioning, and handover procedures.
Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communicator with good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
