About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Submit orthodontic claims accurately and on time
  • Resolve rejected and denied claims

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience navigating dental insurance plans, including DPPO, PPO's, and DHMO's
  • Over 2 years of hands-on experience processing dental/orthodontic claims
  • In-depth knowledge of dental revenue cycles
  • Experience and fluency in liaising with multiple insurance carriers
  • Sound judgment, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Documents
  • Ability to quickly master business-related software systems
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is unavailable
  • Must be able to live and work full-time in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas
