About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare site grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility plans using Autodesk Civil 3D
Develop existing and proposed surfaces, contours, profiles, and feature lines
Perform runoff, cut-and-fill, drainage, and stormwater storage calculations
Design storm sewer networks, drywells, infiltration systems, and detention/retention facilities
Prepare construction drawings and revise plans based on engineering review comments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and civil site development
Proven ability to independently perform engineering calculations and site design
Solid knowledge of grading, hydrology, drainage systems, stormwater management, and utilities
Experience with U.S. projects
Familiarity with New York stormwater requirements is preferred
A PE license is not required
Technical skills and engineering judgment of an experienced site engineer
Drafting-only experience is not suitable for this role
