About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide point-of-sale assistance to independent financial professionals, financial advisors, and their clients to identify planning needs and insurance-based solutions
  • Implement company-supported sales concepts in alignment with industry, company, and compliance standards
  • Promote and facilitate sales of life insurance, LTC, and DI by prospecting within assigned financial professionals
  • Partner with in-market Signature Vice Presidents on shared contacts and accounts
  • Guide financial professionals through full application completion or Marketplace usage
  • Provide status updates to financial professionals and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate telephone interviews between carriers and clients
  • Assist financial professionals with case design and sales presentations
  • Meet minimum NHOR targets
  • Adhere to compliance and suitability rules, including SEC, FINRA, and DOL regulations
  • Collaborate with New Business and Sales Support on case design, reporting, carrier products, and pricing
  • Coordinate medical and underwriting requirements and completion of outstanding items
  • Proactively develop additional cases with established financial professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Life & Health Insurance License
  • 5+ years of brokerage New Business or Life Insurance company experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for customer interaction and a sales-oriented mindset
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Multi-carrier insurance product experience
  • Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with producers/advisors through trust and rapport
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage activities, client information, and leads
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Series 6 & 63 preferred
