About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional corporate initiatives and special projects
  • Work with management and internal stakeholders to identify issues, develop solutions, and support implementation

  • Support the company website, social media, corporate announcements, presentations, and other communication materials
  • Coordinate with management, headquarters, affiliated companies, and external stakeholders on communications and public relations activities
  • Support external inquiries, meetings, visits, and other corporate relations activities
  • Serve as a liaison between the U.S. organization, headquarters in Japan, and affiliated companies
  • Coordinate corporate initiatives and requests involving headquarters and the U.S. organization
  • Support visits and activities involving executives and senior management
  • Prepare and coordinate schedules, briefing materials, meetings, and other arrangements
  • Support company-wide administrative and employee engagement activities
  • Work with the administrative team on office operations, facilities, vendors, company events, workplace initiatives, and other General Affairs matters
  • Support the development and improvement of administrative policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
  • Help coordinate initiatives related to workplace operations, employee safety, business continuity, and organizational effectiveness
  • Support corporate planning, management reporting, governance, and other management-related activities
  • Assist with management materials, corporate reporting, headquarters requests, and other cross-functional assignments
  • Support senior management on special projects and emerging business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in corporate administration, General Affairs, project management, corporate communications, corporate planning, or related areas
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency
  • Strong professional English communication skills
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other standard business applications
  • Preferred: experience working in a multinational, Japanese-affiliated, or cross-cultural business environment
  • Preferred: experience supporting cross-functional corporate initiatives or projects
  • Preferred: experience working with senior management and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Exposure to corporate communications, General Affairs, corporate planning, or related corporate functions is a plus
