About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for integrating and testing developed, COTS, and GOTS components
Synthesize customer requirements into effective test solutions
Ensure adherence to technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Coordinate testing activities
Perform analysis of test results
Prepare evaluation reports to validate system performance
Develop improvements to current procedures and models of possible future configurations
Support analysis of test results and resolution of open issues
Inspect, test, and evaluate the accuracy of products and production equipment
Conduct system audits to assess and manage production-quality risks
Work with the software development team to ensure quality standards are in place
Document issues and report them to team lead or management
Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements
Report progress on problem resolution to management
Perform other tasks as required by OSC program management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two or more years’ related experience
Valid SEC+ Certification
Demonstrated experience using Agile principles (systems/software development lifecycles)
Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end Automated Testing of large or complex information systems
Must have and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Knowledge of system integration testing concepts, tools and methodologies
Knowledge of system architecture and system-to-system interactions
Ability to execute test cases and document results
Ability to identify and communicate system defects
General knowledge of Node.js, Java, and .NET
Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python
Ability to work within a team-oriented, collaborative environment and develop strong working relationships across organizations
Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
E-Verify work authorization verification
