About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set, drive and execute on the Virtual Care team's strategy to enhance program performance, including determining new opportunities
  • Identify and drive execution of cost-savings opportunities by collaborating with key business units
  • Manage key company and department strategy initiatives from development through implementation
  • Continuously evaluate financial and operational performance metrics dashboards to drive performance improvement
  • Translate program performance into materials for Senior Leadership report outs
  • Develop and grow direct reports, ensuring colleagues are supported in professional development
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and or related field
  • 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
  • 3+ years project planning experience
  • Master's degree (bonus point)
  • Management Consulting experience with a focus on healthcare (bonus point)
  • Experience in leading large-scale cross functional initiatives (bonus point)
  • Experience with Excel and financial modeling experience (bonus point)
